July 11, 2008
Well Ladies Saturday July 19th is just one week away.
This is very exciting for all of us, myself, and this is my first race as the new Race Director for the Kincardine Women’s Triathlon and for some of you it is your very first Triathlon or Duathlon.
When it comes to race day everyone has that small feeling that there might be something more they need to bring with them. To help ease a bit of that pre-race feeling we have a couple of things to help. Thursday July 17th at 6:30 is the final Pre-Race clinic being held at the race site. Below is a small checklist. This will help you get to the race feeling like you have what you need to succeed.
For anyone unable to make the final pre-race clinic, the race site will open for registration Saturday morning at 7:00. There will be lots of volunteers to help you get through the steps necessary to start the race. Remember it is all about the run factor.
Looking forward to seeing everyone next weekend.
