Please obey all OAT and Race Officials. Race Officials are
there to ensure your safety and are the referees for the day.

Race numbers must be worn on the front and be visible at all
times.

Athletes responsible for a safe bike. Keep to the right on
Bike course.

For security reasons only competitors allowed in transition
area.

Please rack your bike using the saddle rather than the handle
bars, if possible.

Alternate bikes on both sides of racks (not side by side).

Swimmers must wear a cap and keep buoys on the left.

CSA approved helmets must be worn and your chin strap done up
prior to taking your bike off the rack.

Helmets must remain on and chin strap done up until you return
your bike to the rack.

Bikes can only be mounted at the "Mount and Dismount Line".

Bikes cannot be ridden at any time in the transition area.

Do not leave water bottles, nutrition bar wrappers or any
other debris on the course or in transition.

The Race Director reserves the right to shorten or cancel the
swim and / or adjust any part of the course should adverse conditions arise.

All Triathletes and Relay Teams must be prepared to compete in
the Duathlon should water conditions prove unsafe race morning. No refunds under
any circumstances.

Results will be posted by Chip Time Results
immediately following the event.
